2. AI Model Training & Zero Public Data Leakage Guarantee

We operate under a strict Enterprise Data Isolation Guarantee:

• No Public Model Training: Any client brand assets, product photography, logos, trade secrets, or 3D CAD files uploaded or shared with Ikoniq Studio are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve public foundation models (including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Midjourney, Stability AI, or Google Gemini).
• Private Containerization: All custom LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) models, fine-tuned checkpoints, and embeddings built for your brand are executed within private, isolated cloud environments with restricted VPC endpoint security.
• Anti-Leakage Safeguards: Your proprietary visual style and product designs remain strictly confidential and locked to your account scope.

• We do not create unauthorized deepfakes, deceptive synthetic likenesses, or content infringing upon publicity rights.
